It’s been over a week since our Cubs Viking camp at the log cabin and we’ve just about recovered from the excitement of it all – although the tents haven’t, they’re taking forever to dry out! It sounds like everyone had  a blast and we really appreciate the positive feedback coming through on Facebook. Everyone’s already suggesting themes for next time!

To celebrate 100 years of the cub-section, the Ceredigion area organised a brilliant camp, once again held at the Gellie site near Synodd Inn. There were lots of activities, such as archery, air rifle shooting, sports, games, crafts and even a disco. On the Saturday night we lit a load of torches that spelt out “100” and we were filmed by a drone! On the Sunday we packed up again but before we closed the camp we all first did an assault course and had to run through the mud. …
